Dropped a Customers Laptop :-(
Tonight I came into my workshop and found a pile of papers on the floor and a laptop in parts all over the place.
It seems that i placed the laptop precariously on top of a pile of papers and they seem to have slipped and all fallen on the floor with the weight of the laptop. The laptop works the same as when i got it although there is a small crack on the hinge and the battery no longer stays in on its own. Some of the side clips have also come off. The hard drive has never been used as it is used simply as a machine to run a DOS program.
Its an old laptop a Compaq LTE 5360. White and nasty.
I’ve got to break it to the customer tomorrow 
I am not a happy bunny i will offer the customer £50 in compensation
