HP Customer Support not good – RANT
Well well. I just contacted HP customer support from the UK. Why when I try to trouble shoot something for a customer and i need to contact HP for a little further advice should i have the product with me. I just spoke with a Call Centre person not a technician. He informs me that unless i have the machine in front of me i cant talk to a technician. This is rubbish. I have a simple question regarding a HP Officejet Pro K5400 printer that when i run the solution centre it states that “no hp devices have been detected. HP solution centre will close now.” I have gone to the Support pages of HP and followed all the online instructions they have. Now that i have left the client and i am in the office i thought i would investigate a little further. But Alas i need to be with the client. How fricking stupid. I have a simple question and need a simple answer. Anyone got any clues… feel free to comment HP? or anyone that might have an Answer?
